RIFF volunteer teams get an inside look at the workings of the festival and are an essential part of making it a life-changing experience for our attendees.  Volunteers are brought on for pre-festival, post-festival and for work during the festival itself. This a fantastic way to gain access to the festival and get in some fun, rewarding volunteer hours.

Be ready to become exposed to all aspects of the festival, gain resume experience, network, receive educational opportunities, learn publicity channels, and shadow us. Volunteers are given the opportunity to contribute to the festival as a whole!
